Our pre-cut, frozen, ready-to-bake pizza dough products will give you a much longer shelf life, as well as providing a guaranteed consistent product.

Our products are manufactured to be kept frozen for up to four (4) months. They do not contain any type of preservative or additive. And, prior to use, they can be kept in the refrigerator for up to three (3) days.

Distributing food products to restaurants, educational facilities, establishments, hotels, catering services and various clients who prepare meals both at home and away from home is a very serious and at the same time great responsibility for us.

Our HACCP standard facilities have the capacity required to meet adequate supply volumes for each of our products.

We place special emphasis and rigorous control on the manufacturing, processing and packaging of our products.

All our products, once manufactured, are packaged in the plant according to their presentation, to be immediately placed in our freezing chamber.

Our products are kept at an average temperature of -20ºC (-4º F). This allows the characteristics of both flavor and fundamental properties of the next fermentation to be maintained for when it is going to be used.

Our dough in any of our products is developed and designed to obtain an optimal thin crust type result, this to differentiate us from many manufacturers, and at the same time offer a light and easy to digest product.

Therefore, by allowing proper fermentation at room temperature, the results are unmatched in any of our presentations.
